Refund policy

RETURNS

You have 30 days, from the date you received your order, to return an unwanted item.

To be eligible for return, proof of purchase is required and item(s) must be in an original, unused condition with the Ridgeline garment swing ticket attached.

Remember, your item will need to have been purchased from the Ridgeline website rather than through one of our stockist partners - in this case, please contact the retailer directly to organise a return.

Unfortunately, We do not offer exchanges, only refunds. Instead please follow the below process and place another order if you require a change of product.

RETURN CHARGES 

There is no charge for your return if you use the Royal Mail return label provided.

The original shipping charge, however, is non-refundable.

For orders from outside of the UK, Ridgeline will be unable to cover the the cost of return postage. In this instance, we recommend using a signed for, tracked or similar service.

 

HOW TO RETURN YOUR ITEM WITHIN UK

Step 1

Click here to initiate your return and generate a free Royal Mail return label. Don’t worry if you don’t have a printer - you’ll be given the option to generate a QR code instead.

Step 2

Package your items carefully and, if you’ve requested one, attach the Royal Mail return label to the outside of your parcel. 

Step 3

Take your parcel along to your local Post Office. If you did not request a return label, remember to take your phone so you can show your QR code. Please allow 2-3 days for it to arrive to our returns facility.

REFUNDS

When we receive your parcel, we will confirm receipt, inspect the returned items and notify you of the status of your refund.

Subject to the approval of your return we will initiate a refund to your original payment method.

You will receive a credit within approximately 3-5 working days, subject to the individual policies of your card issuer.

FOR ITEMS PURCHASED FROM OUR STOCKIST PARTNERS

If you purchased your Ridgeline items from one of our network of stockist partners you should, in the first instance, contact them directly if you would like to return an item.
