I bought my first one and the zip kept getting stuck, I contacted Ridgeline and dealt with a lady called Carla, she was so helpful and and I returned my jacket and received a refund. I then purchased another as I liked it so much, this one is perfect the zip doesn’t get stuck and I am so pleased as the jacket is stunning. I’ve had so many compliments off people when I’ve been out walking. Really glad I got it now 🙂

Fantastic coat, lightweight and plenty of room if you need jumpers. Bought this for when I am off to Scotland in June and do not want to be a drowned rat. The hood is huuuggee which is great as I have long thick hair, my smocks' hood doesn't cover if I am styling a messy bun, but this jacket does. The zip really takes some fiddling to do up sometimes. Not sure it is the way it is or a bit faulty. Very happy overall.
