Unfortunately, once an order has been placed we are unable to make changes to it. Our team processes orders quickly to ensure fast dispatch, which means we cannot amend items, quantities, delivery addresses, or shipping methods after checkout. Can I exchange an item?

We do not offer exchanges. If you require a different size or colour, please click here to return your item for a refund and place a new order.

Can I return an item purchased from a retailer or stockist?

No. Returns for items purchased through third-party retailers or stockists must be arranged directly with the retailer where the item was purchased.

How do I reproof my Waterproof garments?

We recommend using Garment Waterproofing Products to maintain waterproof performance and garment longevity. Reproofing 1-3 times per year is advised, depending on use.

Who delivers my order?

We use DPD as our delivery partner. We aim to have your order delivered within 1-2 working days after dispatch.
