The functional alternative to cotton moleskin.
For many years, moleskin has been the fabric of choice for hard-working, hard-wearing country trousers.
And, it’s no surprise. Natural moleskin is extremely durable and — due to the densely woven nature of the fabric — reassuringly wind resistant. It’s also soft and wonderfully comfortable to wear next to the skin.
Unfortunately — because it’s cotton — when it gets wet, it stays wet. All day. And loses most of its insulating properties.
Our new Tri-tech solves the problem — by deploying some pretty advanced fabric technology.
It’s a 100% polyester that’s been extremely densely knitted and cropped — it looks and feels just like cotton moleskin.
But its performance is in a different league.
Compared to cotton, it’s lighter, warmer and more hard wearing. It’s also easier to wash and will dry overnight — with absolutely no ironing required.
And best of all, it doesn’t turn into a clingy, heat sapping, wet dish rag the minute it gets wet.
Our new Fell Pants feature two deep hand pockets and a small ticket pocket — just like your favourite pair of jeans.
We’ve replaced the two rear pockets, though, with a super-durable, reinforced panel — so, when you’re bouncing about on your quad bike for months on end, you’re not going to wear out the seat.
Cut in a traditional, classic fit, our Fell Pants feature belt loops, a zipped fly and a robust rivet closure.
